This fan coil is a ventilation unit consisting of a cross flow heat recovery exchanger, a variable speed heat pump, supply and extract air fans, supply air filter, extract air filter, complete automatics and control panel. During winter season, at first the cold fresh air portion will be pre-heated in the cross flow heat exchanger and then further heat will be supplied to the supply air by the heat pump. During the summer, the hot fresh air portion will be pre-cooled in the cross flow heat exchanger then the heat pump can switched to a cooling mode which means that the heat pump will supply comfort cooling to the supply air.
